Createora is a brand of Syntah Inc. (“Createora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, communicate, retain, and protect personal information when you visit createora.com, submit a project request, or communicate with us.
1. Who is responsible
Syntah Inc. is responsible for the personal information handled through Createora. Questions, privacy requests, and complaints may be sent to our Privacy Officer at info@createora.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- contact information such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, and website;
- project information such as the services requested, objectives, promotional code, timeline, and details you choose to provide;
- communications exchanged with us; and
- limited technical information processed by our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security logs.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in the project request form.
3. Why we use it
We use personal information only for identified and legitimate purposes, including to:
- review and respond to project requests;
- prepare recommendations, estimates, proposals, or service agreements;
- deliver and support services requested by clients;
- maintain the security and reliability of our website and systems;
- meet legal, accounting, and operational requirements; and
- send marketing communications only where permitted and with any consent required by law.
4. How information is collected
We collect information directly from you through our project request form, email, telephone, meetings, and other communications. Required form fields are identified because we need them to evaluate and respond to your request. Optional fields may be left blank.
5. Service providers and transfers
We use service providers to operate our website and process requests. Form submissions are processed by Formspree, and the website is delivered through Cloudflare. These providers may process information outside Québec or Canada, where different privacy laws may apply. We limit access to what is reasonably necessary for the service and use reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards.
6. Consent and withdrawal
Where consent is the legal basis for a use or communication, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may limit our ability to provide a requested service.
7. Cookies and local storage
This site uses essential browser storage to remember your cookie preference and support core functionality. We do not currently activate analytics or advertising trackers. If optional tools are introduced, they will remain disabled until the consent required by law is obtained. You can reopen the consent notice at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer.
Your browser may also let you delete or block stored data. Blocking essential storage may cause your privacy preference not to be remembered.
8. Retention and protection
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for applicable legal, accounting, security, and contractual requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, ask questions about its use, or withdraw consent where applicable. Send a written request to info@createora.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. Complaints and updates
You may contact our Privacy Officer with a concern or complaint. You may also learn about privacy rights and recourse from the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec. We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change; the updated date will appear at the top of this page.
